How do I know which level is right for my child?
Our program is divided into three levels so each child can learn at the right pace. Level 1 is best for beginners building confidence, Level 2 is for students ready to structure and persuade more clearly, and Level 3 is for advanced learners developing leadership communication. What is the difference between Private and Small Group classes?
Private Classes offer personalised 1:1 support and more individualised feedback. Small Group Classes provide a more interactive peer environment where students learn through guided participation, discussion and shared speaking activities. Both options follow a structured SpeaksCraft learning pathway.
Are the classes live or pre-recorded?
All classes are live and interactive. Students actively speak, respond, present and participate during each session. These are not passive recorded lessons.
How often are classes held?
Class frequency depends on the membership selected. Most plans include 2 classes per week across a 12-week quarter. Level 3 Small Group includes 1 class per week across the quarter.
What happens if my child misses a class?
If your child is unable to attend, please contact us as early as possible on WeChat. Our team will advise what support options may be available based on the class type and timing.
Can my child move to the next level later?
Yes. As students grow in confidence and ability, they may progress to the next level when appropriate. Our structured pathway is designed to support long-term development over time.
Who are the coaches?
SpeaksCraft classes are led by trained coaches who follow our structured communication methodology. Our program is designed around high-quality teaching, guided feedback and progressive skill development.
How does payment work?
China memberships are billed every quarter and follow a 12-week structure. Each plan clearly shows the number of classes per week and the total number of lessons included.
